Strength in Motion & Balance

Building confidence through movement.

Strength in Motion and Balance is a brand-new, six-week exercise program designed to help participants build strength, improve balance, and move with greater confidence.

​

This specialized program is offered in three sessions throughout the year and takes place at PEP, located at 12 Elliot Street, Perth. Registration is required, as space is limited. To register, please call 613-201-7172.

These sessions are free of charge, made possible through funding from the Perth and District Community Foundation (PDCF).

Session One:
March 24 – April 28

Session Two:
Tuesdays: May 12 – June 16 

Session Three:
Tuesdays: October 20 – November 24 
Fridays: October 23, 30; November 6, 13, 27
