Review of how to access Home Care, LTC and the processes for both. Further discussion of a couple of programs that caregivers should be aware of.
Our Caregiver Chat brings caregivers together to access resources, connect with community services, and build supportive relationships with others in similar situations. It provides a safe and welcoming space to share lived experiences, express challenges, and offer mutual encouragement and understanding.
